Some jobs do not justify a screen setup — a handful of garments, a name and number per person, a last-minute addition to an order already in the building. That is what CadCut and digital transfers are for.
Two things sit under this heading. A full CMYK printed transfer, cut to any shape you like. And a range of coloured vinyl, cut for names, numbers and simple lettering — the standard answer for team and squad gear where every garment is different.
Neither needs the setup a screen print does, so short runs stay affordable and turnarounds stay quick. We do not treat that as a reason to be casual about the quality.

What is the difference between CadCut and a digital transfer?
A digital transfer is printed in full CMYK and cut to the shape of your artwork. CadCut is coloured vinyl cut to shape — no printing — which is what we normally use for names, numbers and simple lettering.
How small a run can you do?
As small as you like. There is no screen setup, so a single garment is perfectly reasonable.
Can you do individual names on each garment?
Yes — that is one of the things this method is best at. Send us the list and we will do the rest.
